RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- All items sold on our website are not allowed to be returned or exchanged unless for the following reasons:
- Wrong item delivered
- Items are genuinely defective during delivery (excludes items sent by mail as the defect may be due to SingPost error).
- Please check when goods are delivered. We will not entertain future requests after you have checked and confirmed that the goods are in order.
- We will only accept items which are unwashed and unworn for exchange.
- All items for returns or exchange must be in their original packaging and tags intact.
- Please note that it is the customers' responsibility to pay for delivery charges incurred when items are sent back to us.
- Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Please contact us within 7 days if you wish to return or exchange your order.
- Please note that sale items, promotional bundles and customized items are NOT returnable nor exchangeable .
